Good Friday

One of the reasons I love being here in Cornwall is for the traditions- yesterday was trigging which is what they call cockling. The sun shone and no I didn't embrace the mud, but watched at a discreet distance.

Staying well back from the mud definitely sounds like a good idea! Lovely photos.

Hope you have a lovely Easter break and I hope the weather is better than the rain we have here.

Nice to have sunshine on Easter, and daffodils! We had warm temperatures but dark gray clouds and a nasty wind (including a tornado watch). Enjoy your break.

The different formations of the clouds always fascinates me. Mud however, doesn't!!

trigging sounds like fun. What an interesting word.
Haven't seen you on my blog for a while, Liz. Cornwall looks lovely. My book saga is coming on apace - publication close, and I saw the book cover today! I have lots of book events arranged over the summer. Am engaged in a huge battle against Amazon (huge to me, they aren't even aware I exist...)

Funny- I've never been to Cornwall, but after a lifetime of reading stories set there, I do feel I know the place...

Hope your Easter was a happy one!

I think I would have stayed back and watched as well, although I have been known to splash in the mud before.
