The wedding yesterday was lovely and brought back memories of my own ages ago.... I planned to drown my post wedding blues in Sophie Page's (aka Jenny Haddon) TO MARRY A PRINCE but DD got there first. Not fair as I will now have to wait. DD's comment is that the book is a perfect way to continue that wedding feeling....

My daughter 'borrowed' my copy of The Beauty Chorus, but I've retrieved it from her and told her to revise for her GCSEs first. I'll give it back to her when I've finished it. (I'm glad to have the GCSEs as an excuse).
It's good to know that our dds have caught the reading bug, isn't it?
I haven't been around the writing blogs for a while (I let real life intrude) but I couldn't leave your blog without congratulating you! Well done Liz I am so pleased for you!
I, too, loved watching the Royal Wedding, which I did with friends and pink champagne.
'To Marry a Prince' was the perfect read for that weekend, and I hope you've been able to get your hands on it by now.
