The lice's little hooky legs can't cope with the slipperyness and eggs slide off too.

And it doesn't hurt the hair either!Jan Joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00471022034388834235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34330113.post-16210455887745810772007-12-06T20:09:00.000+00:002007-12-06T20:09:00.000+00:00Oh, Liz. She has long hair, which is usually entangled with Weetabix, yoghurt and, this week, copydex. I can just see me pulling a nit comb through that that twice a day for a fortnight.Leigh Forbeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01651812577518625326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34330113.post-44986202987913297292007-12-06T17:46:00.000+00:002007-12-06T17:46:00.000+00:00Eugh, poor you. Something about the single chain fatty acid and the fact that lice breath through their shells. I don't remember the details exactly (since we went homeschool it's been years since I had to worry about it), so Google it for instructions, etc. Anyway, you'll smell like a salad and still have to comb their little corpses off you, but it's better than having all those chemicals on your head.B.E. I could shoot those parents who just don't bother to treat their kids heads and blithely keep reinfesting everyone else.Nell Dixonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16346808072962615721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34330113.post-4458970829689781682007-12-06T10:53:00.000+00:002007-12-06T10:53:00.000+00:00Thanks for sharing. Lashings of chemicals and then acres of conditioner laced with drops of tea tree oil. And the comb. It really is horrible but two doses of chemicals and daily combing should zap the little b*****s. Good luck!Phillipahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06327571607067476569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34330113.post-80749484190798178762007-12-06T10:04:00.000+00:002007-12-06T10:04:00.000+00:00Eww¬ I hate those things.
